Apostle Warren Anderson Jr.


Apostle Warren was born in Chicago, Illinois. He later followed a basketball to Arizona where he played for four years. While attending the University of Arizona, he received his Bachelor of Science degree in Education and did his post graduate work in Counseling and Guidance. Apostle Anderson acknowledges his call to the ministry in 1976. He served as Pastor in the Tucson community and vicinity for thirty-three years.

He was consecrated to the Office of Apostle in 2004 by the International Council of Covenant Ministries.

Warren has been married to Carolyn for forty-two years and they have three daughters; Taisha White, Yazmeen Farlow and Camille-Rae Anderson. Their daughters have blessed them with five grandchildren. The Andersons work closely together in team ministry, with Carolyn serving on the in-house presbytery as an Executive Elder.

Apostle Anderson is certified as a Christian Counselor through the American Association of Christian Counselors. His past service has included work with the National Baptist Convention, Inc. where he served in various positions on the district, state and national level. Apostle Anderson also serves as an Executive Director of the International Council of Covenant Ministries (ICCM), executive officer of the Interdenominational Ministerial Alliance Inc., and Co-founder of the Apostolic Covenant Council. Among his peers, he is known as a “City Father.”

Warren’s service in Tucson community has included; board member of the Boys and Girls Club of America, Push Ridge Christian Academy and Tucson Hospitality House. He also served on several other boards, advisory councils, task forces and committees and is a member of the NAACP.

Apostle Anderson’s greatest desire in this hour is to “know and do the will of the Father.” The primary focus of Living water Ministries is to raise up a house of faithful priests who will do what’s in the heart of God. Thus becoming a “House of Prayer, Praise, Worship and Restoration and a House of Many Nations

Carolyn serves in team ministry with her husband, Apostle Warren Anderson Jr., at Living Water Ministries Church. They have three daughters and are the proud grandparents of five grandchildren. First lady Carolyn is a native of Arizona. She is an executive Elder and oversees several ministries. Elder Carolyn has served as past director of Lamad Preparatory Christian Academy (A Christian School, birth out of Living Water Ministries Church). Elder Carolyn received her Associate of Arts degree in Business Administration from Phoenix College, Bachelor of Science degree from the University of Arizona, and Post- Bachelor teacher certification from the University of Phoenix. She has taught several years in the Tucson Unified School District.

Carolyn has done extensive work with girls, ages twelve to nineteen in the Tucson Community. She has partnered with community based organizations; Oasis Family Life Center and the Twenty-ninth Street Coalition’s Weed and Seed program, to teach life skills to refugee and underprivileged girls. She is also certified in Christian Counseling through the American Association of Christian Counselors.

Elder Carolyn has a heart for the broken and hurting and seizes every opportunity to reach out to women and youth. She is a women’s conference speaker and has facilitated workshops, retreats and seminars for minister’s wives on the local, national and international levels. Carolyn has been walking with the lord since the age of eight. As a result, she has known the joy of loving and serving Christ all of her life. Consequently her experiences have ignited a desire in her to assist youth in experiencing the fullness of God’s love, while still at a young age.
