Oasis Family Life Center is a 501-c3 non-profit outreach program of Living Water Ministries and a member of the 29th Street Neighborhood Association.

Oasis Family Life Center is organized exclusively for the purpose of establishing and maintaining an outreach work that will address the needs of the community as a referral source, or provider of direct supportive services with emphasis on ministering to at-risk families, youth, children and single adults who have spiritual, economical educational, vocational and clinical needs.
What is Our Goal?
Oasis Family Life Center collaborates with community and governmental agencies to provide services in the following areas:
• Job-Development and Training
• Social Services
• Clothing and Food Bank
Community-based programs are built on the unique strengths and talents of people in our community.
• Christian Counseling:
Our program involves support groups, one-to-one counseling, and marriage counseling. Addressing subjects such as: grief, anger, and substance abuse. We collaborate with other Christian Counseling agencies to best meet individual needs.
All counselors are trained & certified by the American Association of Christian Counselors (AACC).
• Social Services:
Individuals seeking assistance are screened, assessed, and appropriate referrals are made by certified caseworkers. Financial counseling and budgeting workshops are also available.
• Neighborhood Association:
The OFLC is an active member of the 29th Street Neighborhood Association and the Weed & Seed Project.
A comprehensive outreach program that recruits and trains mentors to assist youth from:
• Pima County Juvenile Court
• Tucson Unified School District
• Faith-based communities
• Other organizations in Tucson
Matching caring and consistent adults with youth to help develop:
• Personal skills
• Relational skills
